This website is owned and operated by Global Vast Solutions. We supply John Bean, Snap-On and Hofmann wheel alignment software, database updates and activation keycodes. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and how it is handled.

Information we collect

We only collect what is needed to fulfil an order:

• Machine details. The serial number or hardware ID of your alignment system. This is required to generate a valid activation keycode.
• Contact details. The Telegram handle or email address you use to reach us, so we can send your keycode and provide support.
• Order details. Which software version, database update or hardware you purchased, and the date of purchase.

We do not collect payment card numbers. Payments are processed by PayPal, Apple Pay and card processors, who handle card data under their own privacy policies. We never see or store your full card details.

How we use your information

• To generate and issue your activation keycode.
• To provide installation guidance, including optional remote assistance via AnyDesk.
• To provide after-sale support and reissue a keycode if an issue arises.
• To keep a record of the purchase for warranty and support purposes.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not send marketing emails, and we do not share your details with third parties except where it is strictly required to complete a payment or to comply with the law.

Remote sessions

Remote installation is optional and only takes place when you request it and start the session yourself. A remote session is used solely to install or activate the software you purchased. We do not access your machine without your consent, and we do not install monitoring or remote-access tools that remain after the session ends.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and it does not build behavioural profiles of visitors. Standard server logs may record basic technical information such as browser type and approximate location for security and performance purposes.

Data retention

Order and activation records are kept for as long as needed to support your licence, so that a keycode can be verified or reissued. You can ask us to delete your contact details at any time, subject to any record we are legally required to keep.

Your rights
